An extremely busy year at OPSIS, with a record number of new customers joining us. We now have over 750 firms in total using our software. New customers include smaller start-up firms with just one-to-five users, and multi-site practices with hundreds of staff.

Our success in supplying such a wide spectrum is down to having a product for every type and size of law firm that not only meets their needs but matches their budget. Clients can also build upon their original system by adding additional modules and extra users as and when required ensuring their system expands with their business needs.

OPSIS' software goes beyond just Accounts and Case Management. We see an important part of our role, as your software supplier, is to assist with other compliance areas such as the Solicitor's Code of Conduct and Anti Money Laundering.

The Software Solutions Guide 2009 made the following comments in the Panel Analysis for OPSIS products:-

OPSIS is 'one of if not the only software supplier to be in the immigration market and have released an immigration module', noted the panel, and 'legal aid functionaility is some of the best seen'.

The panel also liked the way OPSIS's system 'scored through' emails that are attached to case plans - 'something that big document management systems struggle with'.

The accounts side of the OPSIS system is one of the strongest on the market, notes the panel, and the system's case management 'has developed considerably over the last 3 years or so'.

Cashflow forecasting is 'much improved' and money laundering processes are 'very strong and automated'.

It was also noted that OPSIS has introduced a customer relationship management system and a debt collection package.

Opinions of OPSIS's money laundering provisions ranged between 'reasonable' and 'good'...

User Group Annual Meetings

The OPSIS User Group accommodates all of our customers, using Millennium Accounts, Millennium Solo, Solicitor Case Manager, PMS and SPS alike and OPSIS usually organises two annual meetings for the United Kingdom, at two venues, purely for the benefit of OPSIS users.
