Weblink gives your clients access to selected, current matter information over the Internet in a totally secure and confidential way:

  • Private clients and for example, Estate Agents can access details of their ongoing conveyancing cases.
  • Provide instant updates to Insurance Companies and Referrers of PI work on the status of specific cases.
  • Corporate clients can access the progress of their Debt Recovery cases.

All without picking up the phone, emailing or writing a letter.

The service is easy to install and implement and simple for your clients to access. It requires no additional hardware (other than your ADSL internet connection), nor additional software (Weblink is a module included in Solicitor Case Manager).

Weblink costs very little and is paid for monthly according to a scaleable charge based on the number of Cases you need to provide online.

How you charge your clients for the service is at your discretion.

How does Weblink work?

All your client needs to access their data is a PC with Internet access.

Your client starts by visiting your firm's web site, where they click a link to the Weblink login page. This leads them through to their specific details. Security worries are unfounded - undesirable visitors are prevented from access by several levels of security.

Weblink is used in conjunction with your Solicitor Case Manager software, there is no need to change or upgrade your existing system.*

  • Total Internet Security: Implements the Internet standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure complete privacy of information and transactions. The Weblink service is protected by several levels of security, both at your office and on the remote Weblink Server, to ensure unauthorised access is prevented.
  • Pay only for the level of service you require: Weblink uses an Incremental License, where Monthly payments are based upon the number of Cases you need to upload.
  • Initial Training included: The price of Weblink covers configuration of the Weblink service, installation and setup at your office, plus initial user training.

  • Easy to Use Interface: Familiar Internet Browser style buttons and functionality.
  • Corporate Identity: Your company name, logo and basic contact information can be incorporated into the interface.
  • Login Screen and Home Page Messages: Create your own welcome message or special instructions on the login and home pages of the Weblink interface.
  • Full Security Model: allows different permissions to control whether Clients may view case document records, view Case contacts & view individual Case details (includes controlling upload of User Defineable fields). You have total control over the registration of new users, and allocation or renewal of their login details.
  • Web Groups: Groups of web users can be set up (e.g. Web Clients, Web Estate Agents).
  • Online Case Document Request: Clients can use Weblink to view/select from the list of available documents and send a request to the case Fee Earner for copies.
  • Online Case Enquiry Request: Clients can use Weblink to send a “Case enquiry” to the Fee Earner.
  • Online New Business Enquiry: Clients can use Weblink to send a “New business enquiry”.
  • Simple and Advanced Client/Case Search functions.
  • Automatic Upload at regular intervals you define (e.g. every 4 hours).
  • Tailorable Help System: A link from the Case details and Case enquiry pages of Weblink can be set up to a “help” page for each Case Type. This allows you to create Help pages for your clients tailored specifically to your business, e.g. to explain conveyancing steps, or provide additional instructions and contact information.
  • Auto Permissions: Commonly used permissions automatically created on Cases and flagged for upload. This function speeds up and simplifies the process of preparing new cases ready for viewing online.
  • Case Upload Status Report: Gives clear indication of the number of cases uploaded and their status.
