Integration with Solicitor Case Manager

The integration with Solicitor Case Manager enables the Zetafax fax software to select individual or multiple Case Documents for faxing to one or more recipients.

Once you have the necessary Zetafax software installed (and the API and Rendering modules are activated by the Zetafax license), Solicitor Case Manager will automatically detect that Zetafax is installed and will enable case documents to be faxed!

To fax case documents from Solicitor Case Manager, users simply:

  • Click on the required case document(s) to highlight. (Multiple case documents can also be highlighted).
  • Then simply click on the "Fax" button (ringed in screenshot below).

  • The Fax screen will then be displayed showing the selected case documents as Attachments. The Fax screen displays the Client and all Contacts for the Case where a Fax Number has been entered in the Client/Contact Details.
  • The selected documents can then be faxed including a Fax Message if relevant.
  • Once any documents have been faxed, the Status of the document will automatically change to "Faxed".
