Record Your Time

Flexible time recording allows each fee earner to choose their preferred method of data capture; opening matters with timers, starting telephone timers and inputting onto a time sheet from manual records.

A useful daily time sheet is automatically produced for each individual and all entries can be edited from this point.

Additionally all letters and forms can be set to capture fixed costs when produced automatically and to initialise a timer when they are being edited.

 

Improve Your Reports

A simple to use but extensive reporting facility exists within the case management software where you can specify and build reports covering all area from Client and Case information, including but not limited to Contact details and Document and Activity logs. These are exported to MS Excel where they can be manipulated and graphics added at the touch of a button.

A full set of standard reports including Management, Fee Earner Activity and Ledger Reporting are available within PMS.

Protect Your Firm From Money-Laundering

As an option you can choose to incorporate our comprehensive AML (Anti Money Laundering) module within your system.

Automatic production of the SOCA form, email alerts to Nominated officer when a fee earner raises a suspicion and a record of all trained staff are just a few of its features.
