Credit Control

  • Specify the credit control method and budget limits for each matter.
  • Set credit and budget limit percentages with corresponding action to be taken when each percentage is exceeded, e.g. 80% Confirm, 100% Authorise, 110% Prevent.
  • Easily produce reports for overdue instalments, matter exceeding budget/credit limits.
  • Set up and manage clients paying by instalments with automatic warnings for instalments not received.

Legal Aid

  • Designed to specifically help ease the burden of managing all aspects of criminal and civil Legal Aid.

Millennium Accounts is a complete legal accounting package designed with all personnel of a modern, busy practice in mind.

Below is a snapshot of how each User of Millennium will be able to view the system.

Access privileges and training environments are granted to Users depending on their individual working requirements.

Cashier's Desktop

Client, Nominal and Counsel Ledgers provide all the necessary legal accounting functions for both Private and Legal Aid work.

Bank reconciliation, batch posting and interest calculator are amongst a host of the built-in features designed to save your accounts team valuable time and effort.

Month end procedures and reports are completed easily and quickly and can even be scheduled to suit the most convenient time.

 

Fee Earner's Desktop

Executives, partners and article clerks gain immediate on-screen access for client, matter and time enquiries. Easy to manage but sophisticated time recording functionality incorporating easy to use stopwatches will ensure all time is captured, recorded and posted accurately and efficiently.

Fee Earners who are frequently out of the office, or work from other locations, have the unique facility to work "off-line" using their own local database on their laptops, so they may continue time recording, even for new clients who have not yet been entered in the main office database.

On their return to the office a simple click of the button will update the main database.

 

Assistant's Desktop

Designed specifically for support staff - secretaries, receptionists and personal assistants.

Allows immediate access on-screen to the client/matter database, invaluable for conflict of interest searching and updating of records.

Routine administrative tasks such as time sheet entry, miscellaneous charges and cheque requests can all be processed quickly and efficiently.
